Effect of Meditation for Our Betterment.

Now I am like to write another article for betterment of today’s busiest life how become easiest and enjoyable for the people.Now a days every person should spent busy life by forcefully or by eventually.Now I am trying to solve it as possible by me.So, for that you should read the following article.

1.First of all you should be aware about Meditation.What is it? It is a combination of double words that are Medicine for Tension.As people spent busiest life style so they gain a lot of tensions from their life.Recovering from that Meditation plays a crucial role for them.Just spend 25-30 minutes after every two days and get it’s effect in your life.

2.How to do Meditation? just choose a place where you are not hearing  any other person’s sound or noise.It may be a garden or your roof.Spread a mat or Ashana there and sit straight. You may be sitting with Padmasana or Sukhasana as for your comfortable.Your head and back bone get straight and you can breathe slowly and lightly.


3.Way now forgot all your worries and difficulties just closed your eyes and sit calmly & coolly.I like to inform all of you here that balancing your mind is important for Meditation.Forgot about everything and focusing your breathing process.

4.Your awareness as you all aware about that our nose have two nasal cavities and both helping us for our inhalation and exhalation.During inhale we take oxygenated gas inside our body where as during exhale we left carbon dioxide gases from our body.Just you can follow it that which cavity inhale and which one exhale.Nothing you can do here other than that.Just spending 25-30 minutes for it whenever you got your time and get the immediate result of it.


5. Realization during your Meditation time you can realize the defective part of your body.Where your body gets defect there you can realize some pain and effectiveness of your Meditation.After 5 minutes spending your body get heavy weighted and you can feel some power entering inside your body.

6.Result or Benefits it helps a lot in your day today life.It can helps to cure many types of diseases present hiding inside your body.It can help you more efficient and activate person.It also increases your stamina and spirituality.It also strengthen both your body and mind and over all helpful your betterment.
