Homo Phonic:-10; Using Of Pair Of Similar Words In Our Life.

There are many confusing words we facing our day today life in English. They are similar in pronouncing but far difference from their meaning. So, I am trying to find out many of them and also making you all aware about them. Therefore, I am trying to writing here for all of my friends who never facing such a problems in their life as I am facing before. Just trying to collect them from my published articles. They are describing with meaning and using. So, easy to get them from my articles.

54. (a) Gait:- A particular way of walking.
Example: My friend gait for her study.

(b) Gate:-  A part of a fence or outside wall that is fixed at one side and opens and closes like a door, usually made of metal or wooden strips.
Example:- My Gardner make a gate for protecting plants in the garden.

55. (a)  Gamble :-  To do something that involves risks that might result in loss of money or failure, hoping to get money or achieve success.
Example:- Pandavs lost everything during gambling with their cousins.

(b) Gambol :- to run and jump in a happy way.
Example:- She is gamboling when heart get more than ninety per centage  marks in her examination.

56.(a)  Gilt:- covered with a thin layer of gold or a substance that is intended to look like it.
Example:- Many people using gilt for their silver.

(b) Guilt:-  The fact of having committed a specified or implied offence or crime.

Example:- It is the duty of the prosecution to prove the prisoner’s guilt thoroughly.
57. (a)  Gorilla :- A large ape that comes from western Africa.
Example:- There are many gorillas found in the Zoo.
(b) Guerrilla :- A member of a band of irregular soldiers that uses guerrilla warfare, harassing the enemy by surprise raids.
Example: Many military people guerrilla to the situation.
58. (a)  Grate:-  To rub food against a grater in order to cut it into a lot of small pieces.
Example:-  When two hard objects grate, they rub together for getting the small pieces.
(b) Great:-  Large in amount, size, or degree.
Example:- There are a great numbers of people gathering in the party.

59. (a)  Guessed:- Estimate or conclude (something) without sufficient information to be sure of being correct.
Example:- Never guessed in the examinations.
(b) Guest :-  A person who is staying with you, or a person you have invited to a social occasion, such as a party or a meal.
Example:- There are many guests appearing in the party.
